Happiness – the only life tonic on earth



Are you happy ? Buy , steal or just find any reason to be happy. Being happy is the best way of ensuring a healthy long life. Happiness can keep you healthy and also cure many present minor diseases and prevent those which may occur in future.
The problems in today’s life is that happy moments have been reduced to work hours leaving very less time for happiness. So how to be happy? its not so simple for all. Call it greed or human nature happiness tends to decrease itself, how? you remember your first bicycle ride ? How happy were you those days just by riding bicycle and now? hehe I think you got my point. Still not? remember how happy were you when that pretty girl talked to you for first time ? and now her small n big talks are no more a source of joy and sometimes you try to avoid it too and look for some better option.

Enough of examples, back to business.. So what’s the cure of it? Is it possible to keep our mind same as the time passes and be happy at those small small things again and again. Well sincerely speaking, it’s very tough. Pets are the only source which never goes down with time. One hard to believe truth, I must say that money can buy happiness. Like aj said in my previous post, shopping makes him feel good. So if you have lots of money to throe around, you can go out shopping and be happy. It’s more effective for ladies but men enjoy it too. Especially gadgets shops are mostly targeted palaces.
If you are lucky to have good friends and they have some time for you then an outing with friends give enough dose of happiness that will work for your wellness for at least a week. If you have something on which you are happy then sharing it with friends multiply that happiness, so don’t miss on that. What about TV ? is it a good source, well not to much extent, some shows like Mr. Bean, tom and Jerry do have the power to make you happy, so watch out for that. Programs which match your hobbies may also do some good.
Why happiness is that important for me? I can live my life as it is! Yes sure you can but a miserable one. Life will be hell for you with diseases waiting for you at every stage of life, not only this; your energy level will always be low and make you a loser in life. So try to get that feeling of happiness everyday and live a good life ! isn’t it easy ? NO, its not because as we grow old, we do get lots of reason to be happy (new bike, new gf ahem..) but the problem we also get some sorrows as we grow up which is unavoidable and making it hard for us to be happy all time (this is the reason we want to be a child again and wanted to get big sooner when we were kids). We need to keep that bad feeling at bay and open the doors for happiness. As I said money can buy happiness but there are some free alternatives too which work great. For e.g. appreciation, how nice you feel when someone appreciates your work or just when someone talks in favour of you showing that he’s with you. In this case we feel secure and happy. I have a logical proof to this. You know why we feel good drinking hot coffee inside our home when it’s raining outside? It’s because hot coffee cup in our hand and a roof on top of you is the proof that you are not wet while your eyes are seeing rain, giving you a sense of safety and well being.
So leaving you all here to think more on how to be happy.

When you are sad..


When you are sad people say they tend to eat more. Rubbish ! These people are either trying to act cute or simply want a reason to hide their obesity. Ask me.. unfortunately I had several sad days (ahem.. even years) in my life so I know that when a person is really sad, he does not want to even eat, forget about eating more, the sad person can live without eating and without feeling of hunger or weakness (he’s already weak of broken heart !). In extreme cases a sad person is a different state of mind and several parts of brain are switched off for good reason by brain itself. How? You cannot do any work, concentrate on any topic. Thinking part is the most blocked part. There is no scientific proof of this and I am writing this from my own personal experiences.
Enough ! how can I get over this king of sadness ? Take medicines? NO .. The best thing is to sleep as much as you can and before you go to sleep, leave a task to do when you wake up (this is important). When you wake up you will definitely feel better, if not then what about a hard, loud audio session of your favorite music track? Yes it works great. Make sure you have a good set of speakers and big subwoofer. Heavy bass is important part of treatment. No headphones please, it will simply won’t do any good. One more important thing to remember while choosing music track. Never listen to any new music release or upcoming remixes, also don’t repeat any track while listening. Why ? a new music track or repeated listening will let your brain memorize it and associate that music with bad days. So whenever you will hear that music, all bad feelings will come again. I have a proof to this. When I was purchasing my bike, a guy sitting next to me was constantly playing a new remix. Now whenever I listen to that again, picture of my bike and that showroom comes in my mind. In other cases of sadness if you are feeling low then without wearing boxing gloves, punch on sacks filled with sand. If you are really enjoying this and want to punch for hours then wearing boxing gloves is a must now.
A warning here. Mostly what people think that going out may help in mood uplift, yes it may do but do not drive any vehicle! you may do an accident. For bike lovers, don’t even look at your bike! Why ? no its not because you will do accident, its because being a biker myself I know we love our bikes and will never want to relate a single bad day with bike. Go for a walk, see a crowded place and try to find a good place from where you can stare these people. Spend few minutes looking at people busy in their daily life. It helps in mood uplift a lot. When you are out of house why not visit your best friend’s house and have a chat with him/her ? yeah good idea .. go ahead.
At last when sad, stay away from alcohol, cigarette and all bad things that do more harm than any good. If you have lots of money to waste, help a poor instead. It will give you inner contentment.
